Our Vision

NENQAYNI Foundation is the NGO arm of the NENQAYNI Initiative. NENQAYNI Earth Design, on the other hand, is the formal regenerative systems design outfit that works directly with communities and clients about specific projects that elevate permaculture and regenerative agriculture in a specific area.

The vision of NENQAYNI Foundation works to identify and strengthen the core ideas, practices, and models that guide our collaborative network. Grounded in our relationships, our responsibilities to the land, and the practical needs of our partners, we develop work systems, projects, and learning pathways that support the spiritual, emotional, and professional growth of everyone involved.

Our long-term approach is rooted in resonance and frequency awareness—understanding how individuals and communities respond to guidance, training, and cultural teachings that help them make clear, aligned decisions. This framework enables participants to protect and steward the natural resources entrusted to our care by drawing on lived experience, traditional knowledge, and practical skills that can be applied across projects.

Through this model, every participant and team member has the right and opportunity to serve themselves and their community in environments that are safe, culturally grounded, and land-based. Our programs are delivered where they mean the most: on the land, beside rivers, in permaculture learning gardens, and within ceremonial settings that support personal wellness and collective responsibility.

At NENQAYNI Foundation, this translates into concrete work projects such as:

  • Regenerative land-based programs that teach food systems, ecological restoration, and cultural harvesting techniques.

  • Permaculture and Indigenous design projects that support healing centres, community gardens, youth training, and sustainable infrastructure.

  • Capacity-building and mentorship that helps participants gain confidence, purpose, and employable skills grounded in culture and land stewardship.

  • International collaborative partnerships with communities, Elders, knowledge-keepers, and organizations to co-create initiatives that reflect local values and long-term goals.

Together, these efforts shape a regenerative, culturally aligned system of work—one that honours Indigenous knowledge, protects the land, and supports a thriving, motivated community network.
